FAQs

Do have I have to be flexible? +

Negative! Our services are accessible to all fitness levels including those with restricted mobility due to illness or injury. The more consistent you are with your practice you will experience an increase of range of motion, strength and flexibility.

Is it hard? +

It’s always a little difficult and intimidating to try something new. The beauty of a mindful movement practice is that you come as you are and you learn as you go. You’d be surprised! You are much stronger and more capable than you think!

My mind is too active! Will meditation work for me? +

Your brain is designed to process trillions of signals; the goal of meditation is never to “turn off your thoughts.” We practice being present through a variety of different methods; even the most active mind can find stillness.

Is yoga a religious practice? +

Is yoga a religious practice? Nope. Yoga is practice that promotes intentionally connecting the mind and body with the present moment. You can be standing still observing your thoughts and you are practicing yoga.
